You will return the goods bought from us very easily and cheaply at any Post Office
In our store, you don't have to worry about the selected product not being suitable or otherwise not meeting your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our store with returns via the Polish Post Office, you buy without stress and fear that returning the purchased goods will be a road through an ordeal.
Under current law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a remote contract without giving a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations you can send them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, which gives you the option to send the return package back to us via the Polish Postal Service.
We chose the Polish Post Office as our trusted partner for return shipments due to the fact that it is the largest postal operator operating in the Polish market with 455 years of tradition, with more than 7,500 outlets, branches and postal agencies. So thanks to our cooperation, you don't have to wait for the courier. All you have to do is print out the automatically generated documents and, for example, on your way to work, leave the parcel at the Post Office's office convenient to you.

- 1 Print form Generate return documents together with address labels, and then print them.
- 2 Send the package Insert the packed goods along with the return document into a cardboard box and seal it well.
- 3 Refunds You will receive a refund up to 14 days from our receipt of the return.
Details of the steps for handing over the return:
- Log in to your account, then in the returns panel select the goods you would like to return;
- In the next steps, choose the return by clicking on the option "I will use the store's shipments" and choosing the form in which you want to receive the returned money;
- Generate return documents with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;
- Put the packed goods along with the return document in the carton intended for shipping and seal it well. You can use the cardboard box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any Post Office facility where you will give the postal worker the package along with the label page. Remember that the dimensions of the package must not exceed 60 cm x 50 cm x 35 cm and a weight of 30 kg;
- We will refund your money, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 days* from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. As a rule, however, it takes less time. We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.
