Procedure for using the converter with Arduino and similar circuits

If you want to use the converter to upload a program to an Arduino or similar circuit, you should reboot the entire external circuit immediately after compilation (and at the beginning of uploading) (reset button on the Arduino PCB). This is how the programming sequence is defined, with an unrestarted microcontroller the program may not be uploaded.
