Manual stepper motor controller 5-12V

Module allows manual control of stepper motor movement.

It works in 4 modes.

The board has a potentiometer that allows you to set the speed of rotation of the motor and 2 buttons - a start/stop button and a forward/reverse button.

The module has the ability to connect limit sensors.

Works with stepper motors with a voltage range of 5V to 12V.

Jumpers on the board allow you to change the settings of the potentiometers' operating range and change the operating modes.

Product features

• MODE 1 - (both jumpers in P4 plugged in) - button S1 acts as start/stop, button S2 changes the direction of motor rotation, potentiometer W2 adjusts the speed of rotation. In this mode, limit sensors can be mounted in P3 connectors. The direction of rotation will change on its own when the limit sensor is triggered.
• MODE 2 - (plugged 1 jumper into pins away from the P4 lettering) - S1 start/stop forward button, S2 start/stop reverse button. Limit sensors can be installed, tripping the limit switch will stop the motor movement.
• MODE 3 - (1 jumper plugged into the pins next to the P4 lettering) - holding the S1 button moves the motor forward, holding the S2 button moves the motor backward. W2 adjusts the speed of rotation.
• MODE 4 - (all jumpers unfastened in P4) - automatic forward and reverse movement of the motor, button S1 start/stop, button S2 change direction, potentiometer W1 sets the number of steps of movement in 1 direction (changing jumper P1 changes the range of setting steps), potentiometer W2 adjusts the speed of rotation.

Any jumper change forces a power reset so that the settings are in place.
