Add products by adding codes
Do there need to be schematics and instructions for electronic components and modules?

When buying various types of electronic components in our store - such as sensors, IR receivers, diodes or modules - customers often ask whether the product should come with detailed wiring instructions and an application diagram. The answer is simple: there is no such obligation.
Responsibilities of the seller
According to consumer law, the seller is obliged to fairly describe the goods and their key technical parameters so that the customer knows what he is buying. The product must be as described and not misleading.
For DIY electronic components, there is no requirement to provide full instructions or wiring diagrams.
When the instruction is mandatory?
The obligation to include instructions in Polish applies primarily to finished electronic devices - such as consumer electronics, household appliances or power tools. These are products that are supposed to work "immediately" and must be safe for daily use.
Whereas electronic components are parts designed for those with basic technical knowledge and used in DIY projects, education or prototyping.
Required technical knowledge
The purchase and use of modules and electronic parts involves the need for a technical expertise and practical skills. These components are mainly intended for hobbyists, students, electronics enthusiasts and those with educational background or experience in electronics.
Without a basic knowledge of electronics principles and microcontroller programming, it is difficult to use these components properly.
What we offer in addition?
Although we have no legal obligation to prepare instructions and diagrams, we try to make things easier for our customers:
in the descriptions we provide key technical parameters (supply voltage, operating frequency, dimensions),
we often post links to manufacturer's documentation (datasheet),
next to popular items, we add short tips on typical applications (e.g. Arduino, Raspberry Pi, DIY projects).
Summary
When you buy electronic components from our store, you get a product that conforms to the description and parameters stated by the manufacturer. Instructions or diagrams are not required by law for this type of component.
Remember, however, that their proper use requires adequate technical knowledge and preparation. We consider additional educational materials to support our customers - you can find them in the product descriptions or on our blog.
👉 This provision emphasizes that the responsibility for correct use lies with the buyer, and at the same time builds your professional image well.
