The tile leveling system is an innovative and simple solution that allows us to lay a perfectly straight surface without using a spirit level, allowing us to eliminate surface irregularities. Angle bar is helpful for aligning wall edges, corners and vinyls.
The system consists of 2 components: Wedges i clips. The wedges are reusable and the clips are disposable, in addition, with different grout thicknesses: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm i 3mm. We also offer other tile leveling systems.
The application of the Wedge and Clip system itself is extremely simple and fast.
- After gluing the tile, install the clips by inserting them on each available side of the respective tile.
- The activity is repeated with other elements.
- If the two plates are adjacent to each other, a wedge is inserted under the protruding part of the clip.
- Full tightening of the clip aligns the glaze elements.
- After the glue dries, remove the clips and wedges by doing so in the direction of the grout.
Angles can be reused.
Tile leveling system reduces time and increases productivity when laying tiles.
Such a solution prevents the tiles from moving during installation and drying of the adhesive.
