Laser diode module with a minimum power of 5mW.
Red color 650nm.
Module contains focusing lens, shines spotlight with adjustable beam focus.
Connecting the power supply in reverse or higher than 5V, will damage the laser. Also, electrostatic charge can damage it.
A laser diode module with a lens containing a current-limiting resistor so that we can directly connect it to 3 VDC.
NOTE

Diode to be used for educational purposes only.
The diode cannot be used to illuminate the human eye. This risks permanent damage to the eye.
