When will I receive the goods after placing the order?

Delivery time of the goods is displayed on the goods description card. You can also find the exact delivery time for all ordered goods in the shopping cart. Delivery time depends on many factors. Most goods are delivered to the customer within 24 hours. We also have products that we need to bring to the main warehouse before shipping. In this case, the time may extend to 3-4 days.

Can I cancel an order or change its contents?

Yes, an order can be canceled if it does not have a "Sent" status. To cancel an order, please send us an email or call us. You can find contact information under the contact tab.

If you want to change the contents of the order, quantities, etc. this is also the case if the shipment does not have the status "Sent". In this case also please contact us by phone.

Is it possible to issue a VAT invoice?

Yes. To do this, check the "Company" box when placing an order and fill in all the data necessary for issuing an invoice.

Will the goods be shipped the same day?

In 90% of cases, any paid or cash on delivery order is shipped the same day (if placed by 12:00 pm). For more information, click here.

Can you pick up your order in person?

There is such a possibility. Simply check the "personal collection" box when placing your order. You will receive an email from us when it is ready for pickup.

Is it possible to place an order by phone?

Due to the introduction of RODO, it is not possible to place an order by phone. Additionally, we do not have any confirmation that you have placed an order with us. If you have trouble placing an order then please call us, during the conversation we will try to guide you through all the steps of registering and placing an order. I placed 2 separate orders, will they be shipped in one package?

To combine orders, it is best to select the "add to order" option when placing your next order. However, if you have placed 2 separate orders then contact us by phone and we will combine them.

If it has been a long period of time since 1 order was placed and the orders have a status of "packed" then there may be problems with combining orders and correcting already issued documents.

I want to return the goods. How can I do this?

All ordered products can be returned to us within 14 days of ordering without justification. We will return the money for the goods to the account. In case of discrepancies, problems with the goods, please always contact us by phone or email. Some cases can be solved without sending the goods back to us.

We do not accept cash on delivery! we send the refund for the goods to your bank account.

My order has received a status of "on hold", what does this mean?

The probable cause of the order being held up by the system is the addition of text in the comments when ordering. This causes the order to have to go through manual verification which can increase the order preparation time.

Other reasons that may have caused it to be held back include: combining orders, separating, different forms of documents, etc. Employees of our store must hold such orders so that no automatic generation of courier documents, invoices or receipts takes place.

The system also withholds the order in case of incorrect shipping data (ZIP CODE, tax ID or phone number). Missing or incorrect data prevents the system from continuing to operate. Please check the correctness of the entered shipping data.

At this stage (status withheld) you can freely edit your own order from the Customer level (after logging in) - you can add or remove any items as well as change the shipping method). The store staff will contact you regarding this matter if necessary.

How often do you replenish your stock of goods?

The time it takes for goods to appear in the store depends on many factors like shortages at the manufacturer, long delivery times, customs clearance, etc. If an item is ordered and we know its approximate delivery time, it appears on the product card right next to the price of the item.

Do I need to register to place an order?

It is possible to place an order without creating an account. However, it is worth setting up an account to have access to vouchers, discounts, promotions, etc. An established account also streamlines the process of a possible complaint.

What are the benefits of creating an account with ABC-RC store.EN?

A registered customer has the opportunity to:

  • Check your purchase history,
  • use of a storage locker to store products of interest,
  • shipping data is automatically saved and there is no need to enter it when placing subsequent orders,
  • storage of products in the shopping cart until an order for them is placed or removed,
  • receive and use product discounts,
  • earning loyalty points.

Can an invoice be issued to an address other than the shipping address?

Yes, just check the box "billing address other than delivery address" and fill in the fields needed for us to issue an invoice.

Can individual products from an order be placed on more than one invoice?

There is such a possibility. Please let us know using the "comments" form when placing an order or contact us by phone.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs depend on the size of the parcel, its weight and the selected delivery method. Once the products are added to the cart, they are counted and the final cost is displayed.

How can I pay for my order?

  • You can pay for your order in 4 ways:
  • Prepayment - Transfer to bank account
  • Prepayment - PayU payments (instant payment of order with credit card processing)
  • Cash on delivery - directly upon receipt of the package from the courier / letter carrier
  • On installments - by signing a contract with Mbank

How to describe the transfer in case of payment by wire transfer to a bank account?

The title of the transfer should include the order number, optionally the name of the ordering person. No need to list all products ordered.

Can I pay for the goods only after receiving them?

There is such a possibility, but it is only available to customers who are self-employed and have a so-called credit limit in our store. If you would like to obtain this status then please call us and provide documentation proving that you are in business. After checking the company's history with the National Debtor Register, we will make a decision.

What is the minimum order value?

We do not have a set minimum value.

How can I check if the goods are available in the store?

Stock levels are updated on a regular basis and quantities shown on product cards correspond to actual stock levels.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COURIER SHIPMENTS

What to do to make sure the package arrives without problems?

  • Make sure that the address is given correctly and where a person will be available to receive the package. If you don't have someone to pick up the package at home during the day then you should think about sending it to your workplace.
  • The place where the package is to be delivered should have an access road in the form of asphalt, paved road. Roads that are only accessible to off-road vehicles or gated resorts or neighborhoods can prevent a courier from delivering a package. In such a situation, the courier may ask you to drive or leave to the nearest place he can reach
  • If you are waiting for a package then provide an active phone number for the courier to call in case there is a problem with the delivery of the package
  • In the case of a cash on delivery package, it is a good idea to prepare a deducted amount of money.

Can I find out where my package is?

Each package receives its own tracking number. You will receive a tracking link from us in your order confirmation email. It will help you locate its current position. Most courier companies also send a text message on the day the package is delivered, along with the courier's phone number.

Parcel delivery by couriers

  • The package should be picked up "at the door" or outside the building. The courier should not enter the apartment and other private rooms for reasons of practicality, security and privacy.
  • In a situation when the courier does not find you at home:
    • In the mailbox or in the door you should find information about the failed delivery of the package in the form of an advice letter. The TrackID number you see on it allows you to get information on the GLS website - Track & Trace
    • The package can be left at a neighbor's house, for example, but this must be confirmed by you with a phone call to the courier. Without your permission, the courier has no right to do so.
    • A standard parcel without additional services (such as COD) can be delivered to a Parcel Shop located near the delivery address, where you will be able to pick it up yourself
    • When the courier does not find you at home 2 times, the package will be sent to a GLS branch where it can be picked up for 10 days. After this date, the package will return to the sender. In final cases, it is possible to deliver the package a third time. However, it requires contacting the sender of the package to initiate a third delivery attempt at GLS.

Time of delivery of the package by courier

  • A parcel sent by the sender is usually delivered on the next business day or on Saturday (if the recipient has requested it - which involves additional charges on the part of the recipient of the parcel).
  • If a parcel does not have an additional 10:00-Service or 12:00-Service purchased, the time of delivery will depend on the route the courier has to take in order to optimally deliver all parcels on a given day. That's why the courier can show up at your door at different times and there is no choice of delivery time.

Will the courier contact me when delivering the package?

He is not obliged to do so however, he usually does. If you want him to call you, it is a good idea to enter such information in the comments when processing the order.

I want to check the contents of the package

  • When you sign the delivery confirmation on the courier's scanner then you have the right to open the package in his presence
  • The courier will not agree to open the package before signing the receipt and paying for the collection (if the option to pay on delivery is selected)
  • The courier may write a damage report, which is the basis for filing a claim in case of damage to the package and the items in it during delivery of the package.

The package arrived damaged - what can I do?

Such situations are extremely rare, however, in the case of a damaged package:

  • Depending on the size, level of damage make a decision on whether to accept the package or not
  • Ask the courier to make a damage report
  • Inform us about the resulting damage - we will solve the case individually

Is it possible to change the delivery address of a package?

If the package from us has not yet been transferred to the courier and does not have a status of "shipped" then contact us by phone. We will change the delivery address. In case the package already has the status of shipped and has been handed over to the courier and you want to change its delivery address then also contact us. We will provide the appropriate address to the courier company. In such a situation, however, there may be a delay in delivery of 1 to 2 working days.
