Digital timer 6-20V 10A with electronic trigger - timer
- by. The relay module can be used in various applications where voltage or current switching is required.
Digital timer trigger 6-20V 10A
The relay module can operate in seven user-selected modes to suit individual needs.
The module supplied with voltage from 6 to 20VDC, which appears at its output when the relay is triggered.
The power supply ground of the circuit is not connected to the signal ground, but it can be shared when the GND T - GND jumper is connected over the signal connector ARK2. The advantage of the system is that it remembers the settings after the power supply is disconnected, so the user can rest assured when the mains power goes out, and the module will start normal set operation after receiving power supply.
An additional "STOP" button allows you to immediately disconnect the output!
The maximum power consumed at the output is 400W, at powers close to the maximum it is recommended to use additional heat sinks on the output transistors, and the supply voltage is equal to the output voltage.
The module gives an output voltage equal to the value of the supply voltage.
Programming Instructions:
Description of mode switching:
After applying power and waiting a while, press the "SET" button for approx. 4 sec. after which the number of the currently working mode is displayed. To change it, press the "UP" or "DOWN" button and confirm the new mode with the "SET" button, moving to the next parameter. Then depending on the selected mode we set the next parameters "OP", "LC", "LOP", setting the times we can choose from the range of 0.1 sec to 999 min. with the "STOP" button you move the comma so that you can set such wide ranges, if it is lit after the third digit, the time is set in seconds, if after 2 digits, then in tenths of a second (0.1 sec), and when all 3 are lit . Use the SET button to move to the next settings, if you want to confirm them, hold the SET button for 3 seconds.
Abbreviation description:
- OP - relay activation time
- CL - relay disconnection time
- LOP - number of repetitions
- Modes of operation of the module:
- P1.1 - Relay is disconnected. When a signal is given to the TRIG input, the relay is switched on for the specified time - OP. After the countdown shown on the display, the relay returns to the disconnected state. Re-energizing the relay occurs when the TRIG signal is given again.
- P1.2 - sub-mode P1.1. Twin to 1.1, the difference is that during the duration of the relay switching on, repeated application of the TRIG signal resets the counter to 0 and the time countdown starts from the beginning.
- P1.3 - sub-mode P1.1. With the difference that during the duration of the relay switching on, repeated application of the TRIG signal causes immediate switching off the relay.
- P-2 - relay disconnected. When the signal is given, the relay turns on with a delay specified - CL. After the OP time (relay ON time) has elapsed, the relay will disconnect again. Example: OP- 10sec., CL - 5sec. When a signal is given to TRIG, the relay will turn on after 5 seconds and for 10secs. will be attached then disconnected.
- P3.1 - relay disconnected. When the signal is given, the relay will switch on time - OP. After that it will disconnect in time - CL. The number of repetitions is determined by the function - LOP. Example: OP- 10sec. CL- 2 sec. LOP - 2 times. When the signal is given, the relay will switch on for 10sec. (OP), then disconnects for 2 sec. - (CL), then everything will repeat again (LOP - 2). If a TRIG signal is given during the program, it stops and restores the default settings.
- P3.2 - When power is applied, the relay will be switched on for a time - OP, then it will be disconnected for a time - CL. The entire program will be executed as many times as stored in the -LOP function. If the LOP function is not set (---) then the whole procedure will execute indefinitely. In this mode, the TRIG input is inactive!
- P-4 - relay disconnected. When the signal is given, the relay turns on and will stay on as long as the TRIG signal is present. When the TRIG signal is disconnected, the relay will be disconnected after the OP time has elapsed.
