Digital Timer M792 6-20V - with 10A relay - timer trigger
- Digital Timer M792 is a delay relay module with dual digital time display. Features reverse connection protection. Time can be adjusted from 0.01 seconds to 999 minutes.
Digital timer trigger 6-20V
The relay module can operate in seven user-selected modes to suit individual needs.
The power supply ground of the system is not connected to the signal ground, however, it can be common after connecting the GND jumper T - GND over the signal connector ARK2.
The advantage of the system is that it remembers the settings after the power supply is disconnected, so the user can rest assured when there is no power supply in the network, and the module will start normal set operation after the power supply is received. Additional "STOP" button allows you to immediately stop - disconnect the relay.
Programming Instructions:
After applying power and waiting a while, press the "SET" button for approx. 4 sec. after which the number of the currently working mode is displayed. To change it, press the "UP" or "DOWN" button and confirm the new mode with the "SET" button, moving to the next parameter. Then depending on the selected mode we set the next parameters "OP", "LC", "LOP", setting the times we can choose from the range of 0.1 sec to 999 min. with the "STOP" button you move the comma so that you can set such wide ranges, if it is lit after the third digit, the time is set in seconds, if after 2 digits, then in tenths of a second (0.1 sec), and if all 3 are lit, then minutes. Use the SET button to move to the next settings, if you want to confirm them, hold the SET button for 3 seconds.
Abbreviation description:
- OP - relay activation time
- CL- relay disconnect time
- LOP - number of repetitions
Electronic relay modes:
-
P1.1
Relay is disconnected. When a signal is given to the TRIG input, the relay is switched on for the specified time - OP. After the countdown shown on the display, the relay returns to the disconnected state. Re-energizing the relay occurs when the TRIG signal is given again.
-
P1.2
Sub-mode P1.1. Twin to 1.1, the difference is that during the duration of the relay switching on, re-applying the TRIG signal resets the counter to 0 and the countdown starts from the beginning.
-
P1.3
Sub-mode P1.1. with the difference that during the duration of the relay switching on, repeated application of the TRIG signal causes immediate switching off of the relay.
-
P-2
Relay disconnected. When the signal is given, the relay turns on with a delay specified - CL. After the OP time (relay ON time) has elapsed, the relay will disconnect again. Example: OP- 10sec., CL - 5sec. When a signal is given to TRIG, the relay will turn on after 5 seconds and for 10secs. will be attached then disconnected.
-
P3.1
Relay disconnected. When the signal is given, the relay will switch on time - OP. After that it will disconnect in time - CL. The number of repetitions is determined by the function - LOP. Example: OP- 10sec. CL- 2 sec. LOP - 2 times. When the signal is given, the relay will switch on for 10sec., then disconnects for 2 sec., then everything will repeat again. If a TRIG signal is given during the program, it stops and restores the default settings.
-
P3.2
When power is applied, the relay will be switched on for the time - OP, then it will be disconnected for the time - CL. The entire program will be executed as many times as written in the function - LOP. If the LOP function is not set (---) then the whole procedure will execute indefinitely. In this mode, the TRIG input is inactive!
-
P-4
Relay disconnected. When the signal is given, the relay turns on and will stay on as long as the TRIG signal is present. When the TRIG signal is disconnected, the relay will be disconnected after the OP time has elapsed.
Technical data

- maximum current 20mA (50mA if relay is switched on)
- output load: 10A
- time ranges: from 0.1 sec to 999 min. (the STOP button moves the comma)

- Dimensions: 63 x 38 x 19mm
- Mounting hole spacing: 57 x 32mm
- tRIG voltage - 3 - 24VDC (TRIG ground is not common with power supply ground to avoid interference at TRIG input from power supply voltage but this can be changed by shorting the jumper marked GND_T - GND)
Description of the module's outputs:
- OUT+,OUT- - output
- 6 - 30V - plus module power supply
- GND - power supply ground of the module
- Trigger- relay trigger input
- GND_T - ground of the relay trigger input
