ESP8266 ESP-12 D1 MINI WeMos WiFi Module
The WeMos D1 MINI module is based on the ESP12 chip and has 11 GPIO leads. Operates on Wifi 802.11 b/g/n at 2.4 GHz.
This device can be used as a converter to connect a microcontroller to Wi-Fi or as a separate and independent controller (standalone device).
ESP12 has 4MB of Flash memory. It is possible to program the module using LUA scripts, Arduino IDE and also using AT commands.
The board has a CH340 programmer soldered in (driver downloadable below), as well as a Micro USB connector, so we don't need any additional components to program the module.
Included 3 kinds of gold connectors for soldering: 2x gold strip connector, 2x gold short socket, 2x gold extension socket.
We offer a dedicated display OLED 20126 for use with ESP module in shield form. This makes it even simpler and faster to connect and deploy the display to your project.
In this post on our BLOG you will learn how to add ESP8266-based modules to the Arduino environment so that you can write code for them in the simple Arduino IDE environment.
