IRF5305 PWM Regulator Module - mosfet - up to 20A and 55V

With the IRF5305 driver module, we can control the PWM signal coming, for example, from the arduino module and smoothly regulate the DC voltage, which will allow us to control: the rotation of a DC motor, the brightness of a light bulb, leds, heaters, etc.

The module is equipped with an optoisolator so that if a transistor were to fail, the high voltage would not reach the controller and damage it.

Technical data

MOSFET modules, input and output are completely isolated.
Trigger signal: digital high / low level, MCU / PIC I/O port, DC power supplies.
Input voltage: 3V ~ 20V; Current: approximately 5mA
You can control high power devices, motors, light bulbs, LED lights, DC motors, miniature pumps, solenoid valves, etc.
Controlled output voltage: 5V ~ 36V. Current: less than 5 A (5 A you need to add a heat sink, the maximum should not exceed 20A).
